When you request a demo, we collect the name, email, and any parish details you choose to share (parish name, role, phone, message).

When you administer a parish site, we collect your account email and the content you publish.

We collect standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the service reliable.

To respond to demo requests, provide and improve the service, keep the platform secure, and communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run ParishStudio (such as hosting and email delivery), and with Parish Cloud where your parish is connected, under appropriate agreements.

We keep demo requests and account data for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
